Nitika Jaiswal is a licensed, skilled and experienced Clinical & Rehabilitation Psychologist with a track record of delivering high-quality services for children, individuals, and couples with all common emotional difficulties and those with a diagnosis of depression, anxiety, stress, relationship conflicts, personality disorder. She is experienced in condcuting workshop & training for Schools, Corporates and  Government Organization.

Having obtained a first Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Calcutta From the same university she completed her master’s degree and PGDM in Rehabilitation psychology. Nitika Jaiswal is highly experienced in the assessment and treatment of depression, anxiety, substance misuse, personality disorder, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, adjustment disorder, and relationship difficulties. She works with Child, Adult individuals, and couples and can offer therapy in English, Hindi and Bengali

Ms. Jaiswal has held a variety of clinical and managerial positions including her current one as Founder and Head of the organization at Better Self. Further, she has held academic positions for the University of Surrey and the Institute of Mental Health lecturing on specialist postgraduate Masters and Doctorate programs.

She is trained in several specialist therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy(CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy(DBT) and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy(REBT). Also, certified in Art Therapy and Play Therapy
